New Zealand Farming Systems Uruguay is in the midst of a shakeup, with a reshuffle of its board and management roles in the wake of last year’s takeover.

Chairman John Parker has been replaced by fellow director Vivek Verma, who headed up the commodity financial services divisions at Olam International – the new majority shareholders.

Chief Financial Officer Andrew Clark has also stepped down, after declining a move to Uruguay for family reasons.

The new CFO will be PGG Wrightson’s Silvina Crosa.

And the CEO position is also up for grabs, with current Chief Executive Alistair de Raadt leaving at the end of January.
