The finals for  the New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards launch in Rotorua on Saturday, with the top performers in each sector gathering for an intensive 4-day workshop.

New Zealand’s top 12 young dairy trainees are travelling the North Island  to learn from the experts and make valuable contacts with industry professionals.

On Saturday, the winners of the New Zealand Sharemilker of the Year, New Zealand Farm Manager of the Year and New Zealand Dairy Trainee of the Year will be announced at the national awards dinner in Rotorua. Rotorua.

The winners among the 36 finalists will take home a share of $130,000 in cash and prizes.
