Meat & Wool New Zealand says a recent showcase of New Zealand grass-fed beef at a major food promotion in Busan, South Korea was a great opportunity to grow the number of food service and retail companies buying New Zealand beef.

Meat & Wool New Zealand General Manager of Market Development, Craig Finch says they dished up Korean-style beef recipes to 135 key people from the food service, retail and distribution sectors in Busan, highlighting the nutrition and health benefits of grass-fed beef.
